Half training: Weeks 5 & 6
The juggling act got a bit complicated last week so I didn’t post about Week 5. I nearly didn’t get this out this week! All you get are images today. I ran, I stayed on schedule, I conquered, my right knee hurts.

A late evening TTT

Holiday hit
Holidays hit, but I’m not disappointed. Got back on the horse yesterday and pounded out 4 miles. In retrospect I should have gone with 2 or 3. My hip is a bit achy today. 5 days until half training starts!
