Half training: Week 7

These are my stats for my first injured week. I really knew things were wrong on that Tuesday run. I ran 4.7 miles of the 5.8. I ran 3.1 of the 4.0 on Thursday. I considered running on Saturday but with a heavy heart decided it wasn’t a good idea and skipped my first run in the training schedule. :(

Whatever. Grrr. Moving on!
