All fitness related this time:
1) I did a shoulder stand for the entire time we were supposed to in yoga on Monday! It may have been very ugly (I know I had bad form), but it’s progress!
2) I went to the gym last night. It was my first time there since June or so. According to the scale I lost exactly one pound since Oct 30 (could be water, could be different scales).
3) I forgot how wonderful early morning runs are. I ran with Leigh this morning and it was beautiful outside. I feel so accomplished so early in the day and we had a little adventure figuring out Hazelwood Dr.
