- I ran a 5K for my run today & did a little unofficial PR at 32:24. Not sub-30 yet, but we’ll get there. I started off pretty quick (bad me).
- Shoulder stand improvement in yoga (yay!). My form was a little better and it wasn’t as challenging. I can feel myself really using my core.
- More importantly, I’m visiting an old friend in Indiana this weekend & I’m sure we’ll cook and bake an impressive amount of delicious food!!
