October in numbers

Better late than never? Who am I kidding. It’s just for me anyway.

Running: 37.59 miles (up 17.26 from Sept!), 2 races, most mileage/week and longest run ever

Biking: 11.4 miles (66.34 less – shush)

Walking: 6.1 miles

Yoga: 2 classes

This was a challenging month. I passed some awesome cairns but ignored a few key goals. My schedule was affected by travel and the semester.

Here are my goals for November:

  • 10K! check
  • bike 50 miles
  • do weights at the gym (at least 4 times)
  • yoga 4 times
  • lose 3 lbs (wha?)

More on that last one soon.
