Week 7

Do you see a pattern?

I seem to have no issues running and doing yoga but not the same with cross training or strengthening. Not good. However, I did break 10 miles running for the first time this week!

  1. Maybe just substitute yoga for strength training? Congrats on the 11 miles!

      You’re probably right. It’s expensive, but I am having a hard time convincing myself to go out and ride or go to the gym now that it’s dark when I get home.
