Ran Sunday (hot run!), yoga Monday, and all ready to run yesterday morning except for these yahoos:
Without getting into too much boring detail, I made the necessary judgement call to enjoy one extra hour of sleep as they kept us up for quite a while.
- Plan B: Run Monday evening!
All ready to run, buuuut the heat index at 9PM was still 103. Ugh. Too hot to run (and figured, why risk a potential treadmill injury when running Tuesday morning would be basically the same?).
- Plan C: Run Tuesday morning!
Woke up extra early, got ready, then BOOM! Checked out the window and there was just too much lightning.
- Plan D: Run Tuesday evening!
I’m going to run tonight regardless of temperature. I might just have to run very verry slowly….
Excuses, excuses, right?
