Considering I trimmed the bushes in the front & back and biked 5 miles yesterday I shouldn’t have been surprised when I woke up to excruciating back pain this morning. It has gotten quite a bit better, but I skipped the 25 minute run. I’ll walk an hour at lunch, go to yoga after work, and possibly try the run after dinner. Otherwise, this will be a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday week.

    Take it easy! I’ve moved my days around too. I did yesterday and today! :)

    Turns out there’s a heat advisory from 1pm today until 7pm tomorrow so I’m glad I moved things around – I won’t have to run tomorrow morning now!
