4/26-5/3 – leave in less than two weeks!!

Lots of walking, consistent running, and a bit o’ yoga thrown in (I’ve been quiet here but keeping the exercise & diet logs updated). Food hasn’t been perfect especially with my volunteering schedule this past weekend.

Still need to get a few more items for the trip (convertible pants, parachute cord, etc.).

While gardening last night I picked up a 40 lbs bag of topsoil and realized how much that actually is! Oh my….

Picking up the pack this Friday & planning on hiking ~6 miles with some real weight!

And of course, stress stress stress!
