I’ve concluded the IT band aggravation Thursday was most likely from the few lunges I threw in midway through my walk on Wednesday. I was hobbling Thursday but felt 95% better Friday so I walked 3.4 mi to campus and back. That aggravated it again (ugh!). Felt better on Sunday and ran workout 2-2 fine (negative “splits”). No IT band hurt today. Yoga tonight.
I weighed myself this weekend. I haven’t gained anything since the end of March but I also haven’t lost. I’ve decided to be “super good” this week. I’ve become lax in my diet.
