Yesterday I walked 2.5 miles yesterday and ran workout 2-1. My left IT band *kills*. I walked the 2.5 in the Vibrams and felt it acting up before the run later that day. I stretched it a bit before running and ran 2-1 very gently.
It is the opposite IT band from last time (encouraging), so I’m going to drive to class today, rest, and baby it hoping for less pain tomorrow.
