Yesterday went well. I walked 5.4mi, took a Shelti-walk in the new shoes (no issues – smooth sailing), and did C25K workout 1-3. That’s the end of week 1! I felt fatigued before the run but the workout went fine.

I am resting today since I haven’t been sleeping well (sick bed partner and mewling cats) and my body is tired. Also, I need to keep my immune system up to combat the icky germs!

Anyway, I’m hoping to run in the new shoes in a week or two.
